That's not the actual stock. Just a U. S. place holder for the SEV shares. Don't pay any attention to it. The SEV price times the CAD/USD exchange rate is all that matters.

And yes while it's true that someone did actually buy and sell at that price, you won't find any serious number of shares there. It will always revert back to SEV times exchange rate.
