RE:at a snail's pace Chreca1:
OK...let's revisit the deliverables:
1. Coho pipeline tie in...Q3 (say October)
2. Pool boundaries sometime in July 2020
3. Chinook spudding... July... August ... September?
4. Chinook results.. ~ two(2) + weeks after #3 above.
Let me restate my points wrt the possible delays wrt Chinook.
a. There is no question that the technical expert is resident within the 1,864 square miles under discussion.
b. I speculate that the loyalty question, i.e. letting the mongoose into the "chicken coob" could be one possible reason for not dipping into the local talent pool.
c. The lockdown is still in effect, with only a seclect (pre-screened) group, going to two weeks of state isolation at the Caura quarantee facility, being allowed.
d. TT's re-start is well underway, with the US "situation" being of extreme concern, for the longer term economic prosperity.
e. TXP's onshore gas bohemoth(?) will eventually contribute to TT's GDP in a waning gas supply scenario.
Thus, high (unrealistic) expectations, IMHO, based on local feedback, does not even come close to considering all the contributary factors, exaberated (sp) in a PANDEMIC of GLOBAL proportions.
BWDIK?? Guess who wanted to put a casino "down the islands" in an abandoned leper colony??
