In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. RE:Not worried

RE:Not worried Must admit I wasn't overly thrilled when I saw another placing, but at least it was put to good use paying creditors. Should give us a clean slate for now heading forward. If I was owned that kind of money and took shares instead of cash, you bet your a$$ I'd be very very informed as to the on going's, which I'm sure they were. They must see a great future here. As they say no risk no reward. To me it looks like they have resolved there issues and Essar and Art are no longer the problem, they just can't sort out the legal side. I know it's difficult process when negotiating big contracts/terms and it takes time. When your dealing with a company like Essar, you'd better get it right. As they say Cover Your A. If this is as big as there saying it is and 10 billion shares pushes it over the finish line then so be it. No where to go but up. Let the kiddies play for now. Judging by some posts, I'd say that's what we're dealing with. Childish meaningless rants that are having 100% no impact.  Say what you want. The rest of us are just fine. Long and strong $$$$$$
