It also owns the Eagle Mountain Gold Project in Guyana, South America. The Company’s primary asset is San Albino mine, an open pit mine located in Nicaragua. Its San Albino gold project is an open pit development project located in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, approximately 173 kilometers north of Managua and accessible through a paved highway. Its Las Conchitas area is located approximately 2.5 kilometers south of its high-grade San Albino Gold Deposit and is situated near the southern end of the Corona de Oro Gold Belt. The Eagle Mountain Project comprises two gold deposits, Eagle Mountain and Salbora, in addition to several other exploration targets. Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Nicoz Resources, S.A., and Mako US Corp.

I agree i dont like rollbacks either-

but when you see the CEO also bbuying in big lumps plus the main holders...one must wonder - why they would do something bad for the company

if i get a vote i'll obbviously vote agianst the rollback but at the same time when this goes back under 45 cents...im buyng more...

i do have quite a bit but you never know even if the roll back happens at least i'll have plenty ---

i think the main concern is if they can get on the maojr exchange..like TSX...they need that..they'll attract more investors..but also LOOK at KNT.V - they went from like .44 to 5.35 in the course of two years... they didnt do a rollback from what i recall.. so..lets see. what happens.. maybe if Akiba can answer this that would be great.
