Key shared characteristics with WELL led me to invest here1. A management team that has done it all before (WELL with Tio Networks, CTS with Pivot)

2. Significant managemnt stake/ownership (23.6% acc/to latest AIF)

3. All insider transactions have been on the buy side, not a single share has been sold

4. A NCIB is in place to deter shorters or general market weakness (was used in March)
