Looks like you've been suckered.If a company which has zilch for revenue and earnings signs a non binding letter of intent ( which means virtually nothing ) with another company that has zilch for revenue and earnings does this make the first company a decent investment, particularly when you consider the track record of the CEO? You’re entitled to throw your money away, but give your head a shake first. Imo, this is just a stock play; the theory of the greater fool. Put a few hundred bucks on the Raptors in the NBA playoffs: an honest bet that has a better chance of paying off. Regards.
