Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Keeping some powder dry just in case there are some 4 handle shares made available on a final "shake-out" move.

Much better prices than "see to it" Seto and Dr. G were able to arrange.

Also the lower open market price versus the financing price, kind of makes up for the lack of sweetners (e.g. .75 warrants provided to the US "friends of EDT" )

One day soon the plan will be unveiled, and the game of "keep-away" will end.
