seveneleven711- since the last news was just the announcement of the offering, there is no requirement to mention any interested parties. Sometimes companies mention interested parties in the financing announcement to help create some buzz and they confirm it on the closing of the financing. Some only confirm insider participation once it officially closes. If specific details aren't releaved you can sometimes find a little more info in the SEDAR filing.
