Agreed ! But when the share price moves upward in lockstep it tells me that every time they keep getting positive results someone in the know continues to quietly buy.
$20 is not out of the question by Friday. The share price is screaming that results are going very well ! FDA approval is real close because insiders would have started to bail by now !
