RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Read the info circular I  think youre spot on. I think debentures get the best deal given current prices. If they come in at low end of guidance, debenture holders (without exercising rights for new shares) are getting in at 5x EV/ebitda.. at high end of range dbs are getting in at 4x. And this will emerge with $100M cash. Interest savings are said to be $45M per year, so current debenture prices are implying 4.5x cash flow just on that.. I think there might be some accrued interest as well? giddyup

current buyers dont get a chance at the rights issues any more i dont think?
