Management's every single action has been to punish shareholders.

Apple payout is a pipedream and at least 5 years away.

In the meantime, revenues are struggling, cash is melting and the company has put its growth by acquisition plan on hold (as if they were ever serious about it). Parker saw the light and fled the scene so it didn't tarnish his resume.
