If this compensation company looks at how Premier's stock has performed over the past year, 3 years and 5 years vs. peers, management should get paid zero. You would have made multiples more (literally) if you had invested in their comps. They've overpaid for terrible assets (Mercedes), partnered with people who have screwed them (Centerra and Orion) and made shareholders pay for it all via capital raises and bloated compensation. Watching GOLD up almost 1.7% today and Premier's stock barely above that while peers are up 5-10% is another slap in the face. If tomorrow's earning's call is more of the same kicking the can down the road BS, this management should resign. I hope they're reading this.
