Hard to believe they added a new board member recently - why bother when you have no revenue, no product, no platform, no clue?  I wouldn't want to join CYX in any form for fear of pending lawsuits.  

Roger isn't qualified to flip burgers based on his performance as CEO of CYX.  It is a slow mo train wreck that we've all had a front row seat to witness.
