Otso Financials and The Wesson’s Travel Expenses

Otso Financials and The Wesson’s Travel Expenses

The Wesson's have yet to file end of April 2020 financial statements. The excuse for not doing so is based on Covid. These are due on August 15 and then we will be able to see what's been going on with the Wesson's enriching themselves.

On the enrichment front, if you take a look at the last financial statements you will see that their travel expenses for the quarter were close to $400,000!!!! So, between father and son, they have been travelling first class all the way at shareholders expense.

My guess is that there is zero cash in the company and they don't have the ability to raise enough cash for start up and operating expenses. The investment community can see what has been going on with the way the Wesson's have been running this company.

lastly, this mine is not going to open in the next few months while the Wesson's are dipping into the honey pot.
