RE:RE:RE:Could close below $1.90. Malton,
Once again I'm going to call you out on your "half truths."
You state that it's the same playbook again but is it really? Let's deal with FACTS:
1. Since restructuring the Company in late 2016 they have drilled 130,000m of "orientated diamond drilling." This was never performed by previous management. I'm sure you are aware of the significance of "orientated core" and how it can lead to a better geological structural understanding of the resource.
2. The Company placed a 40,000 tonne bulk sample through their mill in the summer of 2018 prodcuing 5200 oz Au that was 14% better than what the resource model predicted but did not try to jam the Mine through to Commercial Production, unlike previous management with no feasibility study or reserves in place.
3. The latest resource in measured and indictaed, 979,000 oz M&I, is drilled off on a 17m average drill density. Previous management were working with mostly an inferred resource on 55m centres. I'm sure you can appreciate that a tighter drilled deposit leads to a more representative resource model and later Mine Plan.
4. The Company is currently undertaking a Feasibility Study that will generate Reserves i.e. mineralization that is proven or probably economical. Again previous management raised all monies and tried to take a Mine to Commercial Production of the back of Preliminary Economic Assessments with no feasibility study or reserves.
5. The previous management also failed because they negligently failed to install an ammonia reactor in the waste water treatment plant. This management team has insisted one will be installed.
I could go on and on but I'm sure you are starting to see the theme here.
If the same playbook is raising money, junior companies, with no revenue eventually have to raise money otherwise they go bankrupt.
My last point is that this Mine 5 years ago may not have made any money given the 6.5 g/t resource grade in the ground and the nuggety nature of the deposit. However, today with all the sunk capital and $700M in tax loss pools the Mine will be economical. Given a +30% tax rate in Ontario the tax pools are in effect a 2 g/t bump on the 6.5 g/t resource grade. You are therefore looking at a 8.5 g/t resource garde. There is lots of mineralization in the ground in Red Lake and at C$2,700 they will be making heaps of money.
Enjoy your weekend and I look forward to your response.
