What's the surprise here????How do these companies finance operations??? By issuing shares / warrants. 

Many of these juniors will never build a mine....maybe 99.99% don't....

Guess what happened....they are bought out by the majors.....Falcon would be no different!!

We are placing our bet...that when and if this happens, it would be at much higher prices!!
