Questcap not sharing with MTJR in USA that was just PCL

Questcap not sharing with MTJR in USA that was just PCLQuestcap in not sharing any revenue or profit with MTJR Inc in USA. MTJR Inc was part of PCL deal not LYHER novel coronavirus covid-19 test kits distribution.

With letter of intent to acquire 100% of Collection Sites, LLC, QuestCap get majority of the profit. QuestCap get profit from LYHER novel coronavirus covid-19 test kits distribution in North America and as retail with of Collection Sites, LLC.

Great question. MTJR was the company that held the distribution rights to the PCL kits, where $QSC had a profit-sharing agreement with them. There is no association between the Lyher kit and MTJR.
