It operates a 36-megawatt biomass power generation plant in Mackenzie, British Columbia (the Power Plant), located at the site of its Mackenzie Mill. Its Power Plant's output capacity is in excess of 230 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity per year.

There are about 23,000 share bid in Level 2's now.  There are maybe 1110 in ask.

An NCIB would rip up those little 100 share lots and bring some traction to the pricng.

I just think this has the chance for a power utility muliple, like 10x or 12x EBITDA for power, that will not be unlocked if they run this like a grubby sawmill where cashflow use is arbitrary.  Divs inspire faith and trust.  Want some liquidity?  Put in a stable cash return to sharehodler, drive the price as far as that takes you (maybe $3.00 or so) and then reverse split to get over $5 so funds and the like can hold you for the cash yeild.  Low interest rates are here to stay so cash is king.

Again, not a lot of thinking outside the box as far as I can tell.  But then again I went and messed up buying a big lot yesterday and not at 93 cents.  Oh well.
