OK, here's a copy/ paste from the ELXR.V yahoo forum: ''David Lenigas and John McMullen are con men. Google their names and history. They now want to change management around and issue millions of shares to settle debts. Those shares would be sold below market and the money divided up between them. This is how they operate. They’ve done it before and will do it again''. My point is that David Lenigas is sponsoring and vested in ELXR.V and it's about to go #$%$ up. In the past it used to be called LGC capital. So... If FFT is partnering with HPN, their finance are just fine. Gildea and Lenigas don't want the SP to skyrocket prematurely. I'm sticking around!!!
