RE:Hey DarkgreenI have talked to the company a few times and their concern reguarding JV's is that no one will gve them credit for the vanadium . You have to remember that two of the board members came from the first profitable mine in South America . It is also obvious that the IR firms didn't do their jobs. It is still encouraging that the insiders are buying .
