RE:RE:Summary of the AGM MeetingIt should be noted that this morning's 8:30 AM EDT meeting was not the AGM.  It was an analyst and investor call to discuss the company's Q2 report and subsequent developments.  The AGM was scheduled for 10:30 AM, and was surely much more administrative in nature and therefore boring for most people.
