Aurcana Silver Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of natural resource properties. The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Previous AUN mgt bungled things pretty thoroughly. But that is life. It was never intentional. I am interested why the previous R-V mine ownership exhibited such incredible, serial incompetence, almost to the point of deliberate idiocy and now current ownership conveys a much different, considerbly more robust geology not previously described anywhere including in the multitude of SRK FS's and various corporate news releases. Given the very rich mineralization projections in the recently released video, it is surprising no operating mine has appeared 4 years after the fact. I do not own AUN, never did. My FT position is break even. 

One question: Has Ouray Silver Mine (OSM) Ltd's non-performing loan, its covenants and re-payment obligations been transferred to Aurcana for eventual repayment to the original, private market OSM ownership?
