CIBC and Harte

CIBC and HarteCIBC only showed 3 times (as seller) from noon to 2:48, then 13 times as buyer and/or seller in the last 5 minutes of TSX trading, taking the price from .185 (which was nuts to start with), to .18. This is now an established pattern and I, for one, am sick and tired of it. Somebody, through CIBC, is controlling this stock.
