Mr. BriggsMr Briggs was involved as mine manager with Fortune Minerals (2014/15) and OSMI (July 2015 - Dec 2018). Now he is heading up Aurcana who is the latest owner of the R-V mine. It should be noted this video is NOT front and center of Aurcana's website. Watch it closely since FT's purchase of this mine did irreparable harm to FT, its shareholders and perhaps the viability of NICO going forward, the Cobalt mine burdened with debt. There are a lot questions raised in the video. It has been seven years since FT bought this hole in the ground and the underground mill still needs 5 million USD to be operational. Translated: The mine has never operated since 1900 including during the previous 7 years. There was never even the chance the mine could operate.
What exactly was Briggs and FT doing during the 16 months they had operational control/ownership of the R-V mine? Why was the mill not commissioned. Why did OSMI (Ouray Silver Mines Inc, 100% owned by Lascaux), the mine owner following Ft, need Aurcana and thus surrender 25% ownership of the mine in which had invested 70 million USD for nothing in return except the further liability of a worthless Texas silver mine (Shafter - rather a poor choice for a name given the circumstances) which had been shut down in 2013 when silver > $30/oz. SHut down because it is worthless. Briggs was working for OSMI and directed the 46 drill holes during 2016. Very rich drill holes as he states in the video. So OSMI knew it had a winner. It also had Briggs.
