So, for now, the "big" announcement of the NYPA demo/contract is and has been nothing more than a PR stunt by Zinc8 to artificially raise the SP "the pump" so that folks like Hodge et al can exercise their warrants and cheap 6cent shares "the dump".

NYPA is for real but it remains to be seen whether Zinc8 is anything more than a "pump and dump".  Zinc8/Zimtu/Hodge et all are milking this announcement for all it is worth and will continue to do so.  It is the game they play.
