Delegating, solving, maintaining, improving, and especially COMMUNICATING wtf needs to get done, all falls on whoever is "in charge" at the present time! Responsibility! These so-called "new leaders" may or may not be better than their predecessors, but 1 things for sure- They SUCK at communication!
