I love that it's so despised making it an ideal contrarian play, but what I loved even more is the 9.4% distribution yield that will pay me $94k/year until it recovers and doubles in price.     


Congrats on cashing out. Congrats. I hold 700K in REI as I added more today. Collect the coupoun and expect 20-22 in few years. 

I got out of BPY as well as it is not going anywhere. I will buy back BPY if BAM offer 14.50USD. :)
