misleading - they didn't have the votesall my opinion, but they don't have enough support and are now trying to mislead shareholders (not the first time or we wouldn't be trading at 40c and the company equity destroyed for SH). The vote would have gone ahead but they knew they didn't have the votes. Still voting no.
