RE:4 QuestionsEric,
1 The DFS depends on many factors. One of them is the process layout. We, maybe better, I hope that they are still tinkering about in the pilot plant for yet another composition. Maybe they're still fine tuning the last (cheapest) one. Maybe the PP is flat on its azz (COVID).
2 The company has said before that the EIA approval would come after the deal is done (signed).
They have never expressed any doubt that it would not be granted.
3 BG update, yes, would be appreciated. Maybe there's no news.
4 Approval from partner for samples would help us/me sleep better.
5 Waldo was so sure earlier this year (PDAC) with concern to the partner. What's happening? Is the partner still in the picture or are discussions with other parties taking place?
6 There's this thing with DE. Is there any joy in that? Could it be the cause of delay?
7 Most of the time, before a deal is signed, there is a MOU, which very often includes a penalty for non compliance. Could we be in a situation where time has to pass before no penalty has to be paid?
8 The low price, even though at times it tries to break out, is always brought back to earth. It is my opinion that "parties" are trying to "create" weak hands, investors who get so disheartened that they eventually part with their shares.
If we're going to hit the market in 2023 and considering conventional processes only (not item 6) we will have to start building in the coming summer season. The wait cannot be much longer.
9 There's always the problem of the economical situation in Argentina. Is there a chance that Argentina wants a bigger piece of the pie? Sure, they might want that, but would they dare? Lithium is going to be so important to the world that even countries might want to be careful.
1+ hour video, but interesting 10 When looking at ALLI, Papino0 suggestion, and after reading their presentation, my conclusion is that like with LI, I'm happy to stick with NLC. We have an idea of what we're sitting on and the other two (probably many others) have zilch (as yet).
11 tiger, communication to investors by NLC is below par. It is my opinion that investors, certainly the company's supporters from the early beginnings, deserve a better treatment than this total silence. An update is much desired.
Waldo, help us out here.
Have fun.
