RE:RE:RE:GREAT Q3 wow18% margin is not sustainable granted but they delivered that amidst a torrent pace in the middle of a global pandemic. ... and we all know that haste makes waste.  I expect this to improve greatly going forward but maybe not, they might need to double again to 400 strong in order to deliver on all of the new biz coming their way! ? :-)
