RE:RE:RE:RE:Who are .?Mick,
think what you said:
You are telling me to give you all a break...and next sentence you are telling me you you want to make things as awkward as possible for the perpetrators....
Question:
Do you know who MY PERPETRATORS ARE?
Unicorn - he wished me hospitalization, death and many things....I want to make it awkward for him....
Takeactionnow - he was the pumpers manager...
you all should make it awkward for him too...
Electriqueman -he is an old basher of mine that doesn't have much for brains...
Starsearcher40, 80....and many others, they know who they are, to a certain extend even you Mick, you are a nicer basher, you don't use profanity like other do but you did bash me too (including now telling me to stop)...
So after all who are you to decide who the perpetrators are for each individual or when should I give anyone a break....
I made a promise to the Stupid here that I will be the last one posting...

For me personally now, it's not about any return (I doubt that is ever going to happen), it is about retribution if possible? To make things as awkward as possible for the perpetrators, including through media outlets, complaint authorities and legal action. I will most likely never get anything out of this except the satisfaction that somehow we blackend the name of the parties and people responsible. And possibly it will serve as a warning to small investors (NOU comes to mind) what the consequences are associating with these organisations / people in the future. When I read their Environment, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) statements, it makes me sick to the core, so whenever I see their names mentioned in the media, I will respond where possible in a manner befitting their principles (none).
I will participate in any collective legal action, not because I think I will gain anything finacial out of it, but because it is the right thing to do.
GLTA with your present and future investments.... ;-)

Doris pump through NR and coordonated with media and online (Anon, Takeactionnow), SP going up for them to be able to dilute the shares again...before they got the financing I said regardless of how it get done it will be supper diluted...GB, Anon and his team denied the dilution....GB said minimal dilution, Anon and his baboons bashed me....what happened? DILUTION....
Once they diluted I said GB sold their sole to sharks and sharks are in control, take your money out because you will be eaten....what happened? you were food for sharks...
It was all planned that way, if you didn't see it you should have at least questioned my posts instead of Bashing me saying I'm a "shorter, negative, GB basher, NMX basher, rasist, feminist, stupid, fat boy living in my moms basement., paid basher, uneducated" and many many more names (not by you Mick but by many others)...
It's sad to see soo many people trapped in this loss but many deserve it and I did what I could do to wake you up....it is on each individual to understand where they went wrong and that is simple:
if you don't know enough it's better to question the negative one and do DD on it...the positives are all paid advertising and not hard to find just go on company website for those, come here to hear the negative you didn't see...

How has he got of free of criticism? He was put in position specifically for the task of selling up and freeing the company of all us pesky common shareholders.... ;-{

the corporations advisers
the ccaa monitor ?
After a thorough review, with its financial and legal advisors, of available qualified bids received as part of the SISP and after the withdrawal of other indications of interest as well as a careful consideration of the interest of all of its stakeholders, the Corporation’s Board of Directors, following a unanimous recommendation of its special committee, the recommendation of the Corporation’s advisors and the support of the CCAA Monitor, determined that accepting the Bid was the best alternative for the Corporation.
I think a majority of shareholders would agree that the corporation s board of directors Doesnt have the competence to make that decision of selling the company .
it looks like a sell out to one of their board buddies more than a deliberate attempt to satisfy the interest of the real majority owners of the company.
The project is a goldmine and this board didn t even notice it.
so much for their good judgment
