Maybe at the hospital, doctor office and walk in clinic when first reporting in of a head injury and the test be used as an aid. Also, and at the same time they should include a marker on the test for covid-19 pre-symptom, because that would be an off-book test being a US Admirals similar suggestion with Abbott. IMO
