Bizarre timming with Clulow and Newton out Stephan Clulow is also out of Thomvest asset managment (he disapeared from Thomvest website) He was there at the beginning when Thomvest first invested in Prometic. He has been probably the mastermind of the stealing operation of Prometic. And now, just weeks before the possible resubmission of the BLA he is out!!! Is the resubmission of the BLA also in jeopardy??? Was Thomson sick of Clulow? I mean, it has been a bad investment from the start (looking back now) then the takeover of Prometic did not create value yet and brought a possible lawsuit to Thomvest. If the BLA resubmission is dead or late once again, this might have been enough so Thomvest fired Clulow and his partner Newton. Something is up, Thomvest the main owner of Liminal did not do this move for nothing and usually, it means bad news. This major board change is DAMAGE CONTROL IMHO.
