RE:Bizarre timming with Clulow and Newton out Hi Eric,
Not sure why you would jump to those conclusions. Both are gone from Thomvest and not just LMNL’s board. Thomvest manages many Companies and their “resignations” may or may not have anything to do with LMNL.
Also, you need to ask yourself this; why would Alek the communications guy accept to sit on a board of a Company that will once again delay or worse have the BLA in jeopardy as you state?
Again, and for what ever it’s worth, Ken re-affirmed that the BLA is on track for resubmission this quarter which has less than four weeks left.
With all of this said, Mr. Market does not seem to appreciate the move.

He has been probably the mastermind of the stealing operation of Prometic. And now, just weeks before the possible resubmission of the BLA he is out!!! Is the resubmission of the BLA also in jeopardy??? Was Thomson sick of Clulow? I mean, it has been a bad investment from the start (looking back now) then the takeover of Prometic did not create value yet and brought a possible lawsuit to Thomvest. If the BLA resubmission is dead or late once again, this might have been enough so Thomvest fired Clulow and his partner Newton. Something is up, Thomvest the main owner of Liminal did not do this move for nothing and usually, it means bad news. This major board change is DAMAGE CONTROL IMHO.
