RE:shootsI came to this bulletin board to find out that very thing! One speculation I have is that since they're operating in NYC, they could be doing a land office business in selling condos being that an estimated 420,000 New Yorkers moved out from March1-May 1, a 90-day period. I bought the stock partially on that basis, that they would get a share of that move out/move in business.
It's widely reported that California is losing a lot of peeps as well. Maybe that is what is driving the price of the stock. Their business model seems disruptive but I'm not an expert on that.
There should be scuttlebut about this but I am not close to the company or any of its sales people.
