RE:RE:Claims on Saladino and BMFI'm no lawyer, and don't know chances of success. But I read from Form 7 they filed initial claim totalling $6,916,580, then added additional claims on June 18 for "approxmately $9.3 million". That suggests total claim now is at approximately USD$16.2 million, which is over CDN$0.02 per share. And most recent change in GLH claims is an increase in amounts sought, not a decrease. Saladino has filed no counter claim. Lets see what next Form 7 brings, which should be filed in a few days.
