During the year ended February 29, 2020, Sproutly paid $4,975,000 of contingent consideration for the completion of an earn-out milestone as part of the acquisition of SSM Partners, and used $587,908 for plant and equipment.

ssm is in barbados. Prob where Keith Dolo and Sen are planing there retirement.....

Very crooked stuff again.
