The fate of Mexico’s, Legal Cannabis Act which addresses recreational cannabis as mandated by the Mexican Supreme Court was stalled by COVID-19 at the point of senate review. The deadline for a legislative framework has been postponed twice since the original court ruled mandate. The present deadline is Dec. 15, 2020.
