Extremely positive Conference callThis was frankly the most positive conference call in the last 10 years. There really seems to be a feeling that both the remote access (in Japan) and Quantum security (globally) is at the right place at the right time. While revenues took a surprising jump, it will likely be the first sale of the Quantum security that will drive this stock like other skyrocketing technology stocks. For sure the heavyweight partnerships announced are perhaps the sign that the first Quantum security signings may come sooner than later. They have the financing to go for quite a while now so let's hope that those who have gotten hacked recently (e.g. Desjardins 2.9 million accounts) take the threat seriously and cover themselves not just for today with current security solutions, but also be ready for tomorrow in the Quantum era. Surprising answer from Andrew regarding a question as to whether the IronCap protects against Physhing. This is certainly the number 1 threat in companies today and so if the solution eliminates that threat, that may be the Marketing angle to take when knocking on doors of Canadian banks, and others. No mention of whether 01 is talking to Xanadu, the Toronto quantum computer startup that raised $100 million this month. They are in the same town, so I would hope they are talking to each other. One big question remains though in my mind. If this technology is so unique and leading edge, and secure, why has a security agency such as CIA, FBI, CSIS, KGB, China Ministry of State Security ... not bought us out to own this outright and prevent their "enemies" from having it. That part is the only part I don't get.
