RE:Eastmain I agree totally with all your comments.  I've held Eastmain for several years and there was always lots of potential but the end result on its own never got anywhere except more share dilution.  Don Robinson CEO of Eastmain around 2010 could only advance the drill bit so much each year with financing.  ER had only one good run in 2010 and 2011 before it was the culprit of massive share dilution due to poor investment in gold companies especially junior exploration from 2012 onwards. 

Yes, get this deal done to create Fury.  The other alternative is Eastmain will continue to remain around the .25 share price for the next 10 years or worse going bankrupt and/or delisted off the TMX.
