RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Summer sale sold out Bioteck This is alright Biotek, honestly at this point I don’t think anyone expects much from your comments. Sernova is leading groundbreaking research and their science speaks for itself. Negative comments are clouds that are easily dispersed with facts, data and results. But, as I said, growth and pharma deals take time and most investors seem to understand this, but you.
Your comments:
“There were non dilutive options but management sucks at deal making” Broad and unsubstantiated statement. This seems to be your trend and that’s okay. Management has led extensive research and collaborations over the years and continues to do so, but I suppose it’s easier for you to say they “suck at deal making”.
“Instead they choose the easy and most destructive route”. You mean, they choose to fund the research? They choose to raise capital to continue working towards more extensive collaborations? I fail to see the destructiveness of management choices.
“ Everyone was crying and telling me I was stupid for thinking a PP was coming” well.. We didn't say this about you (but thank you for saying it yourself!).
“I'm the one who said they need to do something before they run out of money and you all complained and now it happens and you're all happy about it. Great logic” This logic, biotek, is called healthy corporate finances. Everyone knows the company needs to have strong finances before entering into any deal with pharma. Not just Sernova, any company.
