Agree retired, I bought up a pile last week right down to 4.48, sold a bunch yesterday after a great couple days of up up up. Holding my core and collecting my divs on that, we may have some volatility to take advantage of is my hopes in the next little while to buy more. The insider buying is great and will help long term for sure. Cheers! . ....

I believe they have to stop due to the blackout period, but may fire up more buying after the earnings release. Great buy for Morguard Corp. and adding to the confidence in Morguard REIT. It's very surprising how under appreciated REITs are in today's market.
