Thanks for the information, I decided not to buy and added more hear instead on the pullback today. My old moto was to continue to accumulate anything under 12 cents. That was Quebec Gov pp entry. Now my new motto is to continue accumulating anything under .60 the PYR private placement price , the farther below the greater return IMHO.
