Will find my replies highlighted in yellow below.

Keep in mind I've said all year that I was selling in November IF there was no movement towards a senior US exchange listing and that the opportunity cost of not being in the gold/silver space was too high.

Also, I bought my NGD shares at .77 cents. Them being at ~$2.00 right now I'm very happy. This correction in the gold space is great! It will allow me to transfer my cash over from here.

Considering prices are dropping faster in gold stocks than here... I'll be able to scoop more with my also dropping EDT shares. My worry was that I would sell low here and pick up less on the other side. Now it looks like I'll be getting a bargain. Lots of money printing to be had in the future, I don't worry about my gold investments. Also, I'm so far in the money that by the time NGD drops back to 77 cents I'll be retiring.

You're all over the map there buddy.  Fickle Inca.  Or finka for short.

Allow me to present my case....

In Sept "I'm still here until November, I'll evaluate at that time. Maybe something will point to progress on US listing. If not, I still wish you luck. "

*Read above - nov timeline stands

In another post in Sept you wrote "1 more month and I'm out. "  (I calculate that to be Ocotober.)

* when I wrote "one more month" we were halfway through the month of September. Give or take a few days... a month out is for all intents and purposes in the greater scheme of things pretty much the same as November. Even if I were to sell a few days earlier that's my choice. Certainly nothing to write home about.

In another post in Sept "I'll chip at it 10k shares at a time on market sell early in the morning or late evening once a day till they're done. I figure a loss is a loss."

* this will be my exit strategy in November. You misunderstood what I was writing or I wasn't clear enough.

So we get you decided to sell but a three different timelines? Sept, Oct and November?

In April you said "
So just because I bought does not mean I expect anything to happen tomorrow it only reflects that I am aligned with what management is doing and as a result am putting money behind them."(So you are a patient investor? )

*4 years.. I'd say patient enough

Also April "
as a complete side note. I AM FULLY AWARE that the stock is more likely to go down than up due to a possibly pending market correction. That opinion did not deter me from purchasing because the time horizon for my investment is longer than most."
(So your time horizon is longer thant most?)

* Most certainly is, I don't day trade but I'm also pretty annoyed at the lack of US listing. Having said that, I see greater opportunities elsewhere for the time being.

Just now you say "which brings me to my final "told you so"...
you'll see it go up... summer of 2021.

OK so why are you selling is Sept if it's going up in the new year? ...or is it October that you're selling?  Or is it November that you're selling?

* I'm sure you'll be able to come back here a couple of years later and enter at roughly the same price. Not worried about waiting until mid 2021 for a 30% bump. If it happens earlier... I'm happy for you guys

On Aug 31 you congratulated Team Speactral on their new release.

* sometimes a congratulations is in order. You don't need to bash the execs at every chance you get with conspiracy theories like 'they didn't disseminate it to the USA' or whatever you morons do.

It's not fair to rain on someone's parade every single time. Although I don't agree with what the execs here do all the time, that particular day nothing else was needed from any of us except a thank you or a congratulations.

*You guys just don't know when to keep your mouth shut. I have the same faults, but not on that day.

And in Sept you congratulated them for a "solid presentation"

*It's true, and it is a solid presentation. That's how I got sold on the company years ago... yet they haven't found a new audience yet. Again, give credit where credit is due. Really not necessary to be constantly negative about everything. It is fair to say that we all invested here because we saw potential. The question really is... are they maximizing that potential.

And in the spring you had a love-in with Seto

*He is relatively new and deserves the benefit of the doubt. He has also shown so far to make more bold moves and brings energy to this otherwise completely lifeless company. Walker has progressed through FDA trial, not taking away from that. It's their capital markets strategy and people that ruin it for all of us in my opinion.

I think you should stick with Gold....

How's your NGD doing today?

Hope you kept some powder dry.

MM

Don't mean to rub this in fiatman (or Mercedes as he likes to think of himself) and his alter egos... but so far what I said last year and this past April (attached below) is unfortunately for all of us proving to be 100% accurate.

1) dialco didn't move the needle on its partial fda approval of dimi
2) the price did go down rather than up
3) another market correction appears to be imminent
4) without the promised US listing... the reason that I bought more... we didn't go anywhere
5) Tigris milestones are and will be the drivers to meaningful price appreciation (If any) unless some kind of crazy distribution deal gets made with Baxter regarding DIMI

which brings me to my final "told you so"...

you'll see it go up... summer of 2021. Maybe..

US listing, FDA approval.. which is highly unlikely in 2020. I don't see dialco moving the needle either. So just because I bought does not mean I expect anything to happen tomorrow it only reflects that I am aligned with what management is doing and as a result am putting money behind them.

having said that, I dislike dishonest people also. It would seem as though the two of you.. Southern TT and MM.. are the more dishonest... with your imminent, buy now, used car salesman nonsense.

and as a complete side note. I AM FULLY AWARE that the stock is more likely to go down than up due to a possibly pending market correction. That opinion did not deter me from purchasing because the time horizon for my investment is longer than most.
