So Leo Benne and Andrew Grieve?

First, you don't have to be a Director to be considered an 'insider'. Monty still owns 45+million shares for example.
This argument that ex-Directors had ill will and 'dumped' their shares would at the most apply to Grieve. Obvioulsy Benne remains with the organization and unless was field and just hasn't shown up yet - he still ownsshares'
Unless something was filed and just hasn't shown up yet in Sedi - the argument about bitter ex-Directors would only apply to Grieve and he only owns 271,000 shares (about $14,000). 

This ex-director/insider 'dump' didn't happen - it just didn't.
