I think they bought it for multiple reasons. The first being that sona is not gotten approval YET. The 2nd is because of trump's america first policies and politics. 3rd for sona to get market entry into the US, canada made a goodwill donation by buying Abbott's test. Yes I know these are not technically facts but unless you are in those government meetings when discussing purchasing rapid test then who truly know's why. Anyways you keep your short position and we will see if your short thesis is right. GOOD LUCK.
