I personally don't think the fees are crazy IF the mine gets into production and makes money for shareholders. However, for a company that seems to be treading water, it is a high monthly cost meaning raises of $200k are not going to be of much use other than to pay C&M and corporate costs.

For me, this investment is currently in the bottom draw, I'm willing to lose as the potential upside is significant.
