Le Diner des Cons... continue......Ok.  So this new super duper experienced management team and highly qualified board hand picked by the founders is really working fast and furious....I see $0.01 around the corner if you don't fix this hot mess you've created as a hobby corp.    

How's that big financing coming along.....eventually you run out of friends and family to beg for cash. 

Assuming you can close the Lumiera deal in 2020 will we see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel...maybe spray your magic celext fertilizer potion on this company and it will grow. 

PS the "manimal" poster before me is a dufu.   .....12 months to value creation...you are really the smartest in the 514 area code arent you.
