RE:001I wouldn't say it had anything to do with that.  The authorities can take carre of that, if they do anything about it at all.  Theres a subtle shift in the sector with the upcoming election.  I'd say that, coupled with the impending financials, which we all know are going to be great, may scare away people flipping a few bucks here and there with algos, that trade illegally.  

If they move on, great, if not, we can scoop up cheapies here and there without disrupting the share price.
