RE:RE:where did Schaff go ?

RE:RE:where did Schaff go ?The raise should have been expected by anyone who was following Vivo's news. They filed intentions to do this back in June.

https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/vivo-cannabis-tm-announces-filing-of-preliminary-base-shelf-prospectus-864016373.html

Based on possible stock market forecasts we can conclude these potential intentions.

- As Schaff already mentioned, intentions of rewarding an investment firm.

- Possibility of Leflamme wanting to get back in at a cheaper price point, therefore gaining profits from his previous selling via a convulated way of shorting his own company

- Wanting to raise quick capital to buy in on other stocks during the expected November Market Crash.

This does screw over current shareholders like myself. As far as I have viewed the market, it will belong to who is left standing in Canada as everyone starts to drop like flies. I am upset they raised but we were told this back in June that they were going to do it but of course no one thought they were going to do it at 0.15.

This story now belongs to whoever has dry powder to get in at the current value of 0.12. Financial statement is next month and a sketchy election in the states in the same month which could lead to the next market crash in a hybrid W/K shaped recovery.

As someone who believes in the success in Vivo myself, I can see the share price drop to 0.08 quite easily especially in November depending on what the financial statement holds on top of current market conditions.
